SpotRays provides digital intelligence datasets (CSV format) for B2B usage. Due to the easily duplicable nature of digital datasets, all sales are absolutely final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once the dataset has been purchased and the secure download link has been generated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. License and Acceptable Use
When you purchase a dataset from SpotRays, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal business, marketing, and sales operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the raw CSV files or any substantial portion of the data provided.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our datasets are compiled from public domains and verified through proprietary algorithms. While we strive for the highest accuracy, SpotRays provides the data on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of the data. SpotRays shall not be held liable for any business losses, spam complaints, or legal issues arising from your use of the data.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services or dataset pricing at any time without prior notice.
